Spicy Sweet glazed salmon

Ingredients
6 Salmon fillets
1 tbsp Zulka® Spicy Sweet
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Grated ginger Lemon
Salt

Instructions
1.-Mix Zulka® Spicy Sweet, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice and grated ginger to make the glaze.
2.-Coat the salmon fillets with the glaze and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
3.- Add salt to each salmon fillet, add olive oil and grill them until they are cooked.
4.-Once they are cooked, place them in a pan along with the marinade and cook while basting the fillets until the sauce caramelizes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving and serve with rice.
