Macha sweet sauce
Ingredients:
7 Guajillo chilies, seeds and stems removed
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp Zulka® Spicy Sweet
2 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
300 ml vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1.-Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the garlic cloves and Guajillo chilies until they start to darken, being careful not to let them burn.
2.-Remove the garlic when it is golden brown without reaching the point of burning.
3.-Carefully blend the oil with the chilies, garlic, and 2 pinches of salt in a blender for 3 minutes.
4.-Pour the chili and garlic-infused oil into a bowl to let it cool.
In a skillet, lightly toast the sesame seeds until they have a golden hue and add them to the oil.
5.-Add the peanut butter to the mixture and stir well using a whisk.
6.-Finally, add the Spicy Sweet and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.
