Fire and Ice Chocolate Tart
Ingredients:
Tart crust
White and dark chocolate
Spicy Sugar
Fresh raspberries
Mint ice cream
Instructions:
1.-Melt white and dark chocolate separately.
2.-Pour the dark chocolate over the tart crust and sprinkle with Spicy Sugar.
3.-Let it harden in the refrigerator.
4.-Then, pour the melted white chocolate over the hardened layer and sprinkle more Spicy Sugar. Refrigerate again.
5.-When serving, decorate with fresh raspberries and a scoop of mint ice cream to counterbalance the spiciness.
